Note: Only Administrative Members have access to the Community Console and Yearbook Editor. To request Administrative access, please contact your Yearbook Advisor or a member of the Fluid Media Customer Success Team.
To find the Portrait Manager in the Community Console, click on the ellipsis button in your Community Stream.
You will now see multiple buttons appear. Click on the "Admin" Gear to access the Community Console.
Once you are in the Community Console, locate the Members tab on the left toolbar.
From here, you will be able to view all of the active members in your community.
To invite new members, please click on the red "Add Member" button in the bottom right corner, pictured below:
Select your Invitation Type, which automatically defaults to General access and click next.
It will preview what the invitation email will look like. Once you have previewed it, you can click Next.
A text box will appear for you to add the emails that you would like to send the invitations off to. You can add one or multiple emails into the text box. When adding multiple emails, separate the emails by a comma, exemplified below:
Once you click the "Invite" button - your recipient should receive the invitation email within minutes from the "notifications@fluidmedia.com" email address. We advise to check your "Promotions" or "Spam" email categories to ensure it is received.
Note: Once you invite a member, they are automatically a Regular member and must be changed to Administrator to access the yearbook builder and Community Console. For more information on how to change Member roles, check out this article here.
