Note: Only Administrative Members have access to the Community Console and Yearbook Editor. To request Administrative access, please contact your Yearbook Advisor or a member of the Fluid Media Customer Success Team.
To find the Portrait Manager in the Community Console, click on the ellipsis button in your Community Stream.
You will now see multiple buttons appear. Click on the "Admin" Gear to access the Community Console.
Once you are in the Community Console, locate the Portrait Manager on the left toolbar.
From here, you will now be able to view all of the portraits that have been uploaded. They are sorted into collections based on either classroom, grade, or alphabetical spelling. If you would like us to change the way the collections are sorted, please contact a member of the Customer Success Team and we would be happy to assist!
To edit the names of the collections, click on the ellipsis at the top-left of each collection and click "Edit". It will provide you with these options:
- You can change the collections to display a Teacher Name, Grade, or whatever you prefer!
Next, you can edit Portraits in the Portraits Manager. To do this, click on the Student that you would like to edit.
Once you click on the student, you can modify their name, photo, or move them to a different collection. This is pictured here:
You can create a new collection by clicking on the plus sign in the bottom right corner and clicking on the Portrait Collection button. From there you can fill out the fields in the pop-up window and the new collection will then appear in the list of collections. You can then add new portraits or move portraits from other collections into the new collection.
