How to Access Assigned Pages

To access assigned pages, please ensure you are logged in to the system. 

Once you are logged in, please click on the 'Person' icon in the top-right corner of the page. 

To ensure you can find this icon, please ensure you are in one of the General areas of the system (Community Stream, My Studio) and not in the Yearbook Admin or Builder. 

After clicking on the icon, please click on "Account Settings".

Once you have clicked on Account Settings, you will see an "Assigned Pages" section. Click to access this section accordingly. 

In this section, you will be able to view all of the sections assigned to you in the yearbook. Click "Edit Book Section" to access!

To ensure you have direct access to the page, once you are in yearbook builder, please ensure that you click "Print Edition" on the top menu. This will allow you to access your dedicated page. 

In the print edition, you will be able to scroll down to find your assigned page. Click on the pencil icon to begin designing!
